oh yes, but it’s actually very easy! ^^ i posted the template a few months ago, you can take it.
first, paste the sweater template on photoshop. then, choose the picture you want to be on the sweater. it must be bigger than the sweater or the same size (you can always stretch it, if it’s the case). paste the picture in another layer, on top of the template layer. now here’s the “trick”: select the picture layer and, in the effects combo-box, select the “overlay” effect. THERE! the picture is on the sweater. (:
